John Suarez recognizes Tim Phillips and Judy Henry, the outgoing President and Vice President of the Metro East chapter in Collinsville. Tim and Judy have served in leadership for the last two terms. Their efforts were the driving force behind rebuilding the chapter and positioning Metro East as a model chapter in the region.
